Equipment used over here at American Cupcake in London

I’m a minimalist! Not really, there isn’t any room in our apartment for a lot of kitchen gadgets, tripods or lights. So unfortunately, my photos are always a little dark since it’s pretty dim inside our place and by the time I get home from work it’s usually dark!

I do make magic with what I have though!

No fancy Kitchen Aids over here! For £380 I’ll pass (for now). My Kenwood k-mix on the other hand was a reasonable £50.

The camera I’m using now is a Pentax kx which I’m still learning how to use. It’s not as easy as it looks.
